Travels with the Master: Acropolis - Night A/P
(Meishou To No Tabi: Acropolis no yoru)

signed at lower right in gold kanji, Bin-ni, with red artist's seal Binnie, the series title on the upper left margin, Meisho to no tabi, followed by the print title, Acropolis no yoru; titled in pencil on the bottom margin, Acropolis - night A/P, embossed at the center, Binnie, and signed in pencil, Paul Binnie, ca. October 2006 - May 2007
oban yoko-e 11 7/8 by 16 1/4 in., 30.1 by 41.2 cm
This design was the second Binnie produced for his Travels with the Master series (in homage to Hiroshi Yoshida). A Greek collector commissioned the print, and kept the entire edition of 100 impressions, apparently as gifts for family and friends. This artist's proof has a darker purple sky than the final version illustrated in 'A Dialogue with the Past'.
