Natori Shunsen, (1886-1960)

Matsumoto Koshiro VII as Benkei

Signed Shunsen with artist's seal Shunsen. Commissioned by the actor ca. 1935. With inscription on the right, shoran are, kiri no haru no, mai no sode (for your pleasure, mists of spring, dance of the sleeves) signed by the actor, Kinsho with seal, Nana dai me Matsumoto Koshiro.
